Orders ¥6,600 or more (tax included): Free

Orders under ¥6,600 (tax included): Flat rate of ¥770 (¥1,320 for Hokkaido and Okinawa)

Carrier: Express Air Courier (FedEx)

Customs Duties & Taxes: Customs duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout based on the rules of the destination country, and will be added to your total order amount alongside the item prices and shipping fees.

Additional Shipping Surcharges: For shipments to conflict zones or remote area destinations where shipping fees are significantly higher than standard rates, we may charge an additional shipping surcharge or cancel the order. In such cases, we will contact you via email prior to shipment.

Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days (Tuesdays are excluded as our store is closed).

Inventory Availability: Since store and online inventories are shared, items may occasionally become out of stock due to timing discrepancies. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in such instances.
