All displayed prices include applicable consumption tax.

Payment Methods

・Credit Card - Payments are processed securely via Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.

・PayPal - Payments can be made directly via PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

・Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days (Tuesdays are excluded as our store is closed).

・Since store and online inventories are shared, items may occasionally become out of stock due to timing discrepancies. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in such instances.

・If you have any specific requests regarding delivery dates or time slots, please leave a note in the comment box at checkout or contact us via email or phone.

Order Cancellation & Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if it is deemed fraudulent or inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, orders shipped to commercial package-forwarding services or bulk purchases made through duplicate accounts by the same individual. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (Japan):

Free Shipping: On orders of ¥6,600 or more (tax included).

Standard Rate: ¥770 (tax included) for orders under ¥6,600 (¥1,320 for Hokkaido and Okinawa).

Note: Depending on the order size, domestic shipments may be sent via postal services such as Non-standard Small Packet, Smart Letter, or Letter Pack. For Yamato Transport (Takkyubin) and Letter Pack shipments, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

International Shipping:

Flat Rate: ¥3,000 regardless of the purchase amount.

International orders are shipped via air express (FedEx).

Delivery Slips & Receipts

Delivery Slips (Invoices):
In an effort to protect the environment, we operate on a paperless basis and do not enclose printed delivery slips. Please check your order details in the confirmation emails sent by our store.

Receipts:
As a general rule, we do not issue separate official receipts. For credit card transactions, your credit card statement serves as your official proof of payment. If you require a separate receipt, please contact us by phone or email, or leave a request in the comment box at checkout.
