These socks are made from a blend of supple, extra-long staple Supima organic cotton and highly insulating yak yarn, making them soft and comfortable to wear. They are very warm. The fabric is soft, so the toes are easy to put on and take off, making these regular-length five-finger socks easy to wear all year round.
Yak product features 
Yaks are mammals that live in extremely cold areas where temperatures can reach as low as -40°C. Their fur has excellent heat retention and moisture absorption properties, and is comfortable to wear without getting stuffy.
The cotton used in the blend is Supima cotton, the long-staple cotton that is the highest grade of cotton grown in the U.S. It is very soft to the touch and is a top-quality material combination.
