About Shipping

As a general rule, it will take 1-3 business days for delivery (Tuesdays are treated as a store holiday).

In addition, since in-store and online inventory is shared, there may be a time lag in the sale of an item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please forgive us if this occurs. For shipping, we will use a postal service such as Yamato Transport's Takkyubin or Nekopos depending on the contents of your order.


Regarding time designation

If you have any requests, please write them in the remarks (comments) section when checking out. Depending on the area, we may not be able to accommodate your request, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

*If you use a post-delivery service to ship your order, it may not be possible to specify a delivery time, but we will consider your preference and consider a delivery method.


Shipping Fees

We will cover the shipping costs for purchases over 6,600 yen (tax included ).
*If it is less than that, it is 770 yen Shipping charges apply (1,320 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa) .
*Both domestic and international shipping areas are available. Please refer to “About International Shipping” for the shipping costs for international shipments.


About International Shipping

We ship by air (DHL).

Areas outside the United States and Europe:
A shipping fee of ¥3,000 will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.
United States:
Free global shipping for orders over $100, $21 for orders under $100. (Note: There may be a slight difference depending on the exchange rate. Please confirm on the payment page)
Europe:
Free global shipping for orders over 90€, less than 90€ requires 18€. (Note: There may be a slight difference depending on the exchange rate. Please confirm on the payment page)


Shipping date

We will contact you again by email after receiving your application to inform you of the shipping date.
Inquiries regarding order processing and product shipping during holidays will be handled on the next business day.
Please note that there may be delays due to factors such as delivery area, traffic conditions, and inventory.
In this case, we will contact you in advance to inform you of the shipping date.

When using a gift

As a general rule, if no gift wrapping is ordered, the product will be shipped with the price still attached. If you would like the price notated removed for gifts, etc., please write this in the remarks (comments) section at checkout.
